You will need a pair of medium weight dumbells (beginners 3-5 kg, intermediates 6-8 kg, advanced 8-10 kg) and a heavy Kettlebell (beginners 8-10 kg, intermediates 10-14 kg, advanced 14-20 kg). Dumbells can be replaced by sand filled water bottles, cans etc and Kettlebell can be replaced by a heavily packed rucksack.
The plan is 3 x35 mins training session/ week. However, I recommend you allocate 3 x 45 mins sessions in your diary as the content itself is 35 mins but you may need to take rest in between and time to learn the technique etc.
No. You can do them wenever your diary allows. However, I recommend you not to complete the 3 training session/ week on 3 consecutive days. Try to have a rest day or an active recovery day between sessions. E.g you could do Mon, Wed, Fri or Tues, Thurs and Sat OR Sunday
